SanDisk introduced its integrated iNAND Flash drives that offer up to 64 GB of storage capacity in a single device and can provide both functions as boot code execution system and mass storage.

A growing number of mobile phones offer a wide range of applications and content requiring high storage capacity (playing videos and music, image manipulation, games, GPS functionality, business applications ... etc). The SanDisk EFD iNAND were designed specifically to provide these high-end smartphones, processing capabilities important.
The new 64GB version of iNAND EFD is designed around a stack of eight chip Flash and Flash technology X3 32nm developed by SanDisk. It is proposed as a standard BGA 16 x 20 x 1.4 mm, which allows it to integrate easily into a smartphone.

INAND devices based on the X3 technology conform to specifications e.MMC 4.4 and are offered in capacities ranging from 4 GB to 64 GB .
