Sagem launches Cosyphone Wireless, a mobile phone to the market for over 50 years that stands out thanks to the support of NFC technology (contactless).
The Cosyphone is a device that relies on simplicity of use. Unlike many mobile objects whose manipulation requires nimble fingers and purposes, the Cosyphone has a large keypad with large keys, raised, well separated. In addition, micro-vibration confirm that the user has pressed the right key.
This includes mobile NFC technology that allows users to access the features they want without having to scroll through the phone menu. Users can create maps effect, also called tags, pre-configured and customized to serve as a shortcut to the numbers of their friends, their family but also to services as the supermarket or the doctor. Then, they simply pass their phone over the map to automatically activate the call or sending a text message. These cards can also provide access to services via the internet browser of the phone such as traffic information, weather.
The phone is offered with a charging cradle so innovative that can simply ask for the phone to charge, without any cables to connect. It will be available from Q3 2010 in the networks of mobile operators ...
