The Palm Pre and Pixi at SFR in April

After the announcement of the partnership between SFR and Palm at CES Las Vegas, the Pre and Pixi disembark at the operator in April. SFR is also launching a competition for development on Palm webOS.



Palm Pre is (finally) landed in France! Launched last June the United States and Europe in October 2009, the Palm will be sold at SFR in April with a subscription Illimythics 3G + fulll Internet. The operator will also market the Palm Pixi.
These smartphones with touch-screen multi-touch will surf the Internet as a PC, download thousands of applications that can run simultaneously through an interface multitasking. Finally, Palm capitalizes on its historic strength with Palm Synergy function allows users to manage an unprecedented and effective multiple email accounts, social networks, instant messaging and calendar. SFR launches 2nd edition of SFR Jeunes Talents Developers
SFR today launched the SFR Jeunes Talents Developer Palm webOS. This contest is part of the partnership SFR - Palm. Developers have until April 11 to register and post their application on the site www.sfrjtd.fr. 5 winners will be chosen after the selection. The jury will also select 10 other applications to be submitted to public vote during the evening awards ceremony in the spring to nominate the "Audience Award".
The 5 winners will be supported in developing their application and will share the allocation of 75 000 (1st place: 30 000 €, 2nd place: 20 000 €, 3rd place: 15 000 €, 4th place: 7 000 €; 5th Place: 3 000 €).
